Today, we’re sharing the news of our recent acquisition! RMS Associates of Smyrna, Georgia joins the WorkSmart community! The purchase was finalized on January 1, 2021.
In addition to locations in Durham, Charlotte, Greensboro, Philadelphia, and the New York City Metro area, this acquisition continues WorkSmart’s expansion in Atlanta by welcoming all former RMS Associates employees to the team, bringing WorkSmart’s headcount to ninety employees in total. WorkSmart opened its first office in Atlanta in 2018.
Since 1991, RMS Associates has helped their clients use technology to achieve their business goals with small business-centric managed services. RMS’s core services include proactive IT management and support services, as well as backup-as-a-service, cybersecurity, and cloud integration.
